Rules of Contest:
Contest is open to all website
visitors thirteen (13) years of age or older who place
an order through VenicePizzeria.com, with a minimum
purchase of fifteen (15) dollars. A parent or
guardian of any participant who is a minor (under 18
years old) at the time of entry must sign a release on
behalf of the minor to be eligible to receive a prize.
Grand Prize winner will receive three x-large pizzas
(approximate value: $36). Contest entry is open
from the first to the last day of each month.
Limit one (1) entry per address per day. Drawing
will be held at random by Advertising Enterprises LLC on
or before the 3rd of each month. Contest winner
will be notified by phone and or email as provided on
order form. Prize is non-transferable and must be
redeemed within 21 calendar days of initial prize
notification. By participating, where allowed by
law, all participants and winner(s) grant Venice
Pizzeria and Advertising Enterprises LLC, exclusive
permission to use their names, characters, photographs,
voices, and likenesses in connection with promotion of
this and other contests and waive any claims to royalty,
right, or remuneration for such use. |
